OpenRMF® Professional v2.11.01 Patch Released!

Soteria Software today released a patch update to its flagship product OpenRMF® Professional! Please log into the Software & Documentation portal under the Resources link on the website and download the upgrade as soon as you can.


OpenRMF® Professional version v2.11.01 was released today. This is a feature release, bug fix release and updated vulnerability scan release all rolled into one. Features include CKLB evidence uploads, additional journal entries to track system package updates, a few small bug fixes, as well as the updated DISA checklists through February 28, 2025.


  • Added the ability to allow `.cklb` JSON checklist files as evidence throughout
  • Added an Administration level Journal entry when adding or updating an API Configuration
  • Added an Administration level Journal entry when generating a token for an API Configuration
  • Added an Administration level Journal entry when syncing a system package full text data source
  • Updated the Journal pages to show if you are on the System Package or Administration pages
  • Updated PPSM History page to show it is the history listings
  • Updated the Administration menu to show Logging and Elasticsearch Server for Data Source setup
  • Updated the License page to automatically remove the old warning banners when replacing a license
  • Removed the search box just above the table on the 2 Checklist Full Text Search reports to alleviate confusion
  • Added all DISA checklist templates up to February 22, 2025
  • Bug fix on spacing in the popup window when syncing Elasticsearch full text checklists
  • Bug fix on setting the site footer with HTML content correctly
  • Bug fix on editing a POAM item and testing required fields on items initially added manually
  • Bug fix on certain report pages where a System Package title with an `'` apostrophe would show the HTML code
  • Spelling fixes throughout the help pages
  • Updated base images for cleaner vulnerability scans
